I mentioned it a little while ago but we now have the first parts of our Ax Faction ‘Paint the Gilded Saint’ tutorial up on the blog.
I have tried to take as many photos as possible to make this a real step by step for each stage in the painting process from the base coat all the way through to the final highlights.
For those of you you may be looking at this at work, I must warn you that the Gilded Saint is a pin-up style model and has rather a lot of ‘chestage’ on show. In other words, bare chested dragon slayer ahead… 😉

The intricacies of the tattoo’s bearing in mind the scale is just phenomenal. She’s one heck of a snazzily saintly lass now! Groovy.
